Guests

Each room accommodates a maximum of two guests. Bailey House welcomes guests aged 12 and older.

The house and waterfront garden are reserved for registered guests.

We recommend travel insurance for trips where unexpected changes may affect your plans.

The House

Bailey House is a registered provincial heritage property, and many of its antiques and furnishings are in everyday use. We ask guests to treat them with the same care they would in a private home.

Guest rooms are on the second floor and are reached by stairs. We are happy to help with luggage.

There are no televisions in the guest rooms. High-speed Wi-Fi and bedside charging points are provided.

A Level 2 EV charging station is available a short walk from the entrance.

The house and grounds are smoke-free.

Bailey House does not have air conditioning. The house sits beside the Annapolis Basin and guest rooms have opening windows; fans are also provided when needed.

Summer evenings are generally considerably cooler than the daytime, and the house is aired naturally overnight.
