Prince Edward Room

The luxurious Prince Edward room has the best view as any in Annapolis Royal. From here you can see the natural wonder of the 8 meter tides of the Annapolis Basin and watch stunning sunsets over the North Mountain. The room honours our first distinguished guest, HRH Prince Edward of the United Kingdom, after whom, the Province of Prince Edward Island was named.

Unique to this bedroom is a museum quality portrait of Prince Edward’s royal ancestor - a 1590 portrait of King Henry V, based on an original in the the Royal Collection at Windsor Castle.

The room is appointed with authentic Stuart, Georgian and Louis XIV furnishings. A modern pencil post bed with a Stearns & Foster Luxury Euro Plush Pillowtop mattress, down pillows and duvet with high quality luxurious linens ensure a sleep fit for a Prince. A new, three piece ensuite and luxury amenities complete the sense of comfort.
